Order Processing

As many of our fabrics are cut to order, please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, most UK mainland orders are delivered within 1–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately where necessary.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Any applicable delivery promotions or free shipping thresholds will be clearly displayed on our website.

Fabric Orders

Please ensure you order the correct quantity of fabric before completing your purchase. As fabric is cut specifically to the length requested, additional quantities ordered at a later date may come from a different batch and slight colour variations can occur.

We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing larger fabric orders, as colours may appear differently on different screens and devices.

Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us within 48 hours if:

  • Your order has been damaged during transit
  • Items are missing
  • You have received the wrong product

To help us resolve any issues quickly, please provide photographs of the packaging and affected items where possible.
