Returns & Refund Policy

At Soft Options, all fabric orders are cut to the length requested by the customer from a larger roll. As our fabrics are cut to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been correctly supplied but are no longer wanted, unsuitable, or where the customer has changed their mind.

Please ensure that you carefully check fabric colours, specifications, and quantities before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or has been supplied incorrectly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Your order number

A description of the problem

Clear photographs showing the damage, fault, or incorrect item

Once we have reviewed the information, we will advise on the next steps. Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or supplied incorrectly, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

Important Information

Please inspect all fabric before cutting, sewing, or otherwise using the material. We cannot accept claims for fabric that has been cut, altered, or used unless a manufacturing fault was not reasonably visible before use.
